1- Participate in operating companies asset integrity activates.
2- Participate in HAZOPs, SIL, QRA studies review for all facilities.
3- Review and analyze data of facilities and production parameters to recommend solutions for the existing problems.
4- Member of all Concept, FEED and Detailed Design studies and review of all engineering deliverables.
5- Prepare and Review PFD and P&ID drawings, documents and datasheets to ensure they are adequate to meet standards.
6- Participate in calibration of metering systems and OPCOs inventory checks.
7- Study of the basic engineering design of Rawat field production facilities.
8- Study of Operating companies metering systems.
9- Perform design, sizing and selection of pipeline and mechanical equipment (Static and Rotating) according to requirements.
10- Perform design of piping and pipeline in engineering studies and projects.
11- Designing and sizing with the aid of computer based design software such as CADWORx, CEASAR II, PV ELITE, PIPESIM, Autocad and Solidworks to facilitate design works.
12- Design review to ensure that the design, manufacture and testing of mechanical equipment and piping are suitable to meet process requirement.
13- Participate in physical inspection of piping and mechanical equipment.
1- Ensure implementation Of the safety management system.
2- Ensure compliance with local and international H&S requirements.
3- Perform & Update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Systems of Work (SSW), Work Procedure (WP) and all other H&S documentations.
4- Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
5- Work with clients and contractors on complying with company’s EHS system.
6- Perform EHS audits and reviews.
7- Ensure safe managing of all hazardous chemicals.
8- Review all MSDS and COSHH documents.
1- Perform diagnosis and repair for locomotive main engine, compressors and auxiliary systems .
2- Implement and administer locomotives Preventive maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance.
3- Prepare and review all maintenance and inspection records and documentations.
4- Supervise health and safety issues that related to train maintenance activities.
5- Apply the scheduled service and inspection on the locomotives.
6- Analyze the faults and prepare scheduled service reports.
7- Organize workshop work.
1- Design the parts on CAD softwares (Solidworks and Autocad) andgenerate the machining codes of it.
2- Operate the CNC turning, notching and marker machine.
3- Operate the CNC milling machine.
4- Maintain and troubleshoot the CNC machines.
5- Schedule the work of the CNC department.
