• As CHANGE MANAGER, I have directed and satisfactorily concluded (within 1-Year) the AYTB’ organizational Transformation/Change management initiative (FALCON Project) under the CEO’ direct leadership as AYTB’ Engagement Sponsor of the project, in partnership with KPMG. FALCON Project has successfully achieved the following deliverables to AYTB’ Company as per the Scope of Work:
(A) - Current State Assessment (CSA).
(B) - Strategic Assessment Reports (Corporate & Branches).
(C) - Organization Structure (Future State).
(D) - Policies Manuals, Procedures & Process-maps (Corporate & Core operations).
(E) - Job Descriptions (JDs), Authority Matrix and Competency Framework.
(F) - ERP Systems (ERP’ FFR, RFP, JobEx, Proposals, Presentations, Evaluation, Selection and Award).
• Throughout the Company Transformation Initiative, I have supported the overall change management process by keeping the momentum of change, tracking modifications to AYTB’ old state & continuously facilitating the challenging move towards the new AYTB’ STRATEGY, STRUCTURE & SYSTEMS.
• In particular, I have endorsed the whole Oracle ERP System’ implementation lifecycle by managing the people side of change, providing ERP’ Modular training conducted by Wipro, covering Procurement, Warehousing/ Inventory Mgt., Finance & Payroll, Human Resource Management System (HRMS) & Self-Service Modules.
• As TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, I have created, modeled & executed a new T&D’ Process-map which explicitly defined the scope of work, set & applied innovative operational procedures, designed new training forms & established reliable documentation system, determined and labeled the existing 5-Sets of Training Programs, arranged the necessary training infrastructure, facilities & resources, built and trained T&D’ Team, conducted AYTB’ Company-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA), prepared Annual Training Plan (ATP), & accordingly developed the associated Training Calendar (TC), prepared budgets and effectively & efficiently executed the yearly plans and monthly training schedule. Following are general achievements of T&D:
Identified objectives, reviewed policies & established procedures.
Defined, reviewed and agreed on the key training needs.
Mapped needs against existing infrastructure/facilities/resources and identified gaps.
Executed necessary actions to streamline resources for the purpose.
Identified and selected the relevant external and internal trainers and training providers.
Planned and conducted the training programs, courses and workshops.
Collected feedback, evaluations/assessments.
Documented training events and maintained necessary documentation and records.
Established T&D KPIs, measured and reported performance’.
• Played a positive role in the HR’ Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Saudization Program.
• Contributed to the overall company performance and growth, attrition level, Saudization % through T&D/CM.
Cooperated with King Saud University (KSU), College of Business Administration - CBA, as a Lecturer delivering some courses such as (1) Management, (2) Scientific Research, (3) Business Communication, (4) Commercial English and (5) Hospitals or Healthcare Management for three consecutive terms.
• Fully-implemented BaaN ERP application in ARASCO Foods’ SBU.
• Coordinator & member in Cost Management Taskforce (CMT) formed by ARASCO’ President
• Planned, Kicked-off & led ARASCO Foods’ Supply Chain Management (SCM) Program.
• Conducted In-house Corporate Training in Supply Chain Management based on APICS’ CSCP materials
• Directed 5-BPM & Re-engineering Projects \[ Sourcing, L&R Vehicles, Fuels, HR Policy, SLAs \]
• Participated in ARASCO’ Strategic Transformation process to independent SBUs. \[Using Strategy Map & Balanced Scorecard - (BSC) for achieving a Strategy-focused Organization\]
