• Source and screen CVs through local advertisement or job portals to provide relevant quality candidates.

• Maintain and update day to day manpower hiring report, offer letter racking report and assist develop and update job description and organization chart.
• Train new staffs (HR) if needed, contact orientation and provide guideline to the department managers on candidate selection.
• Play a major role in employee relation by giving proper work advise, counseling, resolves work related issues among the employees and response to all the queries of employees in line with company standards.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedure according to the company policy.
• Prepare necessary disciplinary letter, salary certificates, guarantee letters, employment certificates, HR Related memos, etc.
• Arrange WCP for all the employees and vehicle insurance in coordination with transportation department.
• Responsible for private health insurance to all employees and assist their claim procedures.
• Maintain and build the reputation of the company when contact employees, agencies, clients and other third parties.
