Responsible for the Commercial & Contractual administration of Contractors and Suppliers, Full range of post contract activities, including; the Contractors valuations; identification, notification and evaluation of variations, evaluation and finalization of final account for Contractors, detail taking off, BOQ preparation, Cost estimation and tender comparison and tender analysis after tendering for various types infrastructure projects.
Monitoring and Administrating the Pre and Post Contract activities.
As per client requirement budget reconciliation and Co-ordinate with Client representative for further clarification and queries.
