1-SARIE Manager:
•Responsible for SARIE System and Sybase database Backup.
•Installing, managing and maintaining SAIRE systems including (application, Users ( create, renew SARIE cards, delete SARIE cards and users etc), and cooperating with SAMA for SARIE activities.
2-T24 Application Administrator:
•Maintain T24 R14 as an Application Administrator (COB, Services, Enquires, Version, User Management, T24 reports etc.).
•Update sanction lists on weekly frequency in AML system (Public and Private sanction Lists). •contact Temenos if there is an issue with T24 system.
3-IT supports:
•working with the team in the DR project.
•Watheeq daily health check and users managements.
•Responsible for Maintain Service Level Agreements with All Vendors mainly T24, Swift, SARIE, Telecom Vendors etc.
•processing all the payment of IT contracts and IT invoices.
•Installation of personal computer, laptop and repair.
•Installation of printers and preventive maintenance for printers.
•Working with the team for installation of servers.
•Installation of telephones.
•Checking hard disk, memory, CPU and antivirus programs.
•Writing a report about the computers and prints statues
