Job description: Construction consultancy manager of RO Farasan desalination plant (value 146, 000, 000 SAR).
• Construction management with full details about project contract and its conditions and obligations.
• Management of TE consultancy team consists of HSE, 2 civil, instrumentation, 2 electrical and 2 mechanical
engineers, project document controller and surveyor also.
• Understand and following all the onshore& offshore components of the desalination plant.
• Supervision of construction civil, marine, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works of the plant.
• Supervision of project document such as but not limited to RFI, MRIR, NCR, MOM, SOR and handover.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports to SWCC and TE consultancy project management.
• Co-ordination between all consultancy disciplines HSE, MEP, civil, piping, marine and others.
• Following project weekly meetings with owner and contractor in order to ensure HSE, Quality and progress
are going as per contract and project specification and time schedule.
• Review progress as per construction schedule and monitoring it weekly.
• Reviewing monthly invoices of contractor related to Farasan plant and approval of it.
• Following conflicts of drawings and proposed FDC avoiding any delay for the site activities.
• Follow up the weak points of contractor performance in order to resolve all project issues.
• Follow up pre-commissioning activities and handover packages in order to start water production.
• Follow up operation process and its issues& parameters.

Job description: Construction of Civil Works Package (Brown Field & Green Field) project.
-Civil area manager of Area B-37 Satellite, B38 Gas treatment plant and Area B-85 Gas Oil separation plant total area
more than 300, 000 square meters.
• Promoted to civil
at the Final stage of the
project(Control staff and site, Following up the material from (A to Z), Attend the client and the main
contractor meetings and follow the letters between the two parties regarding the claims and project extension
of time, Full responsibility to control the purchasing, following up construction issues, full responsibility to
finish all project related works at exact time schedule).
• Follow up the site preparation and mobilization work (Soil Leveling, Fence work, Sandwich Panel, corrugated
sheet, steel structure work for warehouses &workshops, water &sanitary networks, Fire Fighting, concrete
paving, Masonry beside follow up major material approval requests MARs)
• Execution the project element buildings as per the approved drawings, time schedule, approved method
statements and the project specifications.
• Preparing and controlling daily request for inspections (RFIs) through QMIS as per approved Saudi Aramco
standard till approval of client representative comments if any.
• Arrangement and following daily site activities and manpower distribution with surveyor, foremen, group
leaders ensuring maximum productivity and achieving project goals.
• Reporting the monthly exact executed work and reporting for QS to make the invoice, daily and monthly
construction reports, negotiating with the client for the change work orders CWOs and site instructions SIs
which not including at the contract getting more benefits for my company.
• Site preparation and Follow up the civil & building works included but not limited to (excavation, backfilling,
rebar fabrication and fixation, Form work, Foundation, Slabs on Grade, anchor bolts, concrete protection
coating, insulation, Roof slabs water proofing, Grouting, Concrete Masonry units and Plaster application)
• Dealing daily with planning team, QC team and HSE team ensuring to simplify the maximum progress
• Follow up the handover documents between Alfanar and other disciplines insuring correct date of handover
• Execution all related finishing work (Surface Preparation of all elements, Emulsion, Rough Textured, Enamel
Latex and Different Types of Epoxy paintings, False Ceiling, Gypsum Dry wall board, Raised Access Floor system,
Transformer Steel Gratings and Gravel installation, Roof Aluminum Coping installation, Steel Handrail and
Caged Ladder installation, Both metallic &Non-Metallic Gratings and related angels installation, Both Blast
&Hollow Metal doors installation, Different types of Sealant works)
• Arrangement and implementation of cap lock Scaffolding system and proper safe access in compliance to
ARAMCO HSE manual and highly aware of required calculations of scaffolding material.
• Arrangement, and controlling all site construction equipment, saving time as possible
