The Manager of the Organizational Development is responsible for managing and monitoring the coordination between HR and different NWC Business Unit Departments to support in developing the needed talent and manpower capabilities, utilize standard HR practices, policies and procedures developed at NWC Corporate HR and ensuring that Organizational Development and Change Management systems, common processes and effective initiatives are effectively implemented at NWC Business Unit level.
1. Ensure proper implementation of the Organizational Development policies, procedures and standards developed by NWC Corporate HR.
2. Coordinate between NWC Corporate HR and the Organizational Development function to ensure the needed support required to achieve organization transformation objectives are provided by the HR function.
3. Manage and oversee change management initiatives across NWC to ensure the success of implemented projects.
4. Establish leadership development frameworks to build current and future leadership capabilities across NWC.
5. Identify organizational development issues in coordination with NWC Corporate HR through performance management cycle to improve organizational performance and cultural behaviours.
6. Initiate training and re-orienting individuals for the organizational changes in coordination with NWC Corporate HR.
7. Monitor and measure leadership capability effectiveness and new leadership capability development.
8. Evaluate subordinates performance in a fair, transparent and objective manner in a periodic basis.
