• Monitoring of the MTO (Medium Term Outlook) implementation across the various Banking functions.
• Preparation of the various MTO - Medium Term Outlook periodical reports to SABB top Management
• Monitor functions performance vs. Strategy Metrics and highlight variation
• Follow up with the various functions on the pending initiatives and discuss action plans to mark progress
• Assist in handling Ad-Hoc Senior Management projects
• Assist in the preparation of presentations / reports for external agencies
• Coordinate with the HSBC Group Central and Regional Management Offices for Joint initiatives
• Coordinate meetings and arrange conferences and facilities
• Preparation, production, and timely delivery of all documents required for various meetings.
• Manage the general administrative function within the Strategic & Planning department
