LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
• Ensure assets have been moved to Baker Hughes facilities from Weatherford’s facility.
• Lead teams from Baker Hughes to understand business processing
• Integrate new logistical processing methods into current institutional infrastructure.
Working as Inventory & JDE Coordinator in JEBEL ALI in Weatherford Oil Tool handling all INVENTORY, ASSETS and Logistics inbound /outbound freight handling.
•Worked as logistics Coordinator with Weatherford Oil Tool M.E. Ltd. Dubai. Handling all logistics for Oman, Yemen, Iraq, Ethiopia and Algeria for the Cementing product line moving all sea, air, land transport and courier shipments as heavy machinery, equipment, chemicals and spares.
•Keeping track of day to day inbound/outbound shipments for Dubai and various locations and for Cementing.
•Supporting and helping procurement team to get quotations and Procuring materials from local market.
• Served as Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor; liaised with onsite coordinators from shipping agents (UPS/PENTAGON & DHL).
• Trained and Completed inventory /asset management in SAP since 1999.
• Acquired in-depth knowledge of oil and gas product availability in local markets.
• Gained sound understanding of oil well drilling equipment/machinery/spares/oil well drilling mud additives and chemicals.
• Handled project cargo/rig move/heavy equipment mobilization by road and sea to all Middle East and overseas destinations; also handled fixed asset management.
• Managed all in/out loading/offloading/documentation.
• Motivate and guide the warehouse team members, by starting weekly meetings to define the targets and ensuring that they are met effectively, Also Prepared and monitored LC shipments for India & Pakistan.
• Arranged all needs for Halliburton Marine and charter vessels (stimulation) through JAFZA Develop procedures, service standards and operational policies.
• Provided external support as distribution, inventory and logistics to Halliburton’s sister concern companies Landmark Graphics, Enventure and Well Dynamics.
• Oversaw complete process (receipt & delivery) of Completion Packers and spares from USA/Canada/Singapore for the Local customers (DPE/ARCO/AMOCO/Crescent) and overseas customers (Canadian Nexen/DNO/OMV/Total E&P Yemen & Jannah Hunt Oil) through their local agents (Freight works/Agility & Deugro Emirates) in Dubai.
