•Handled procurement cycle from inviting quotations to receipt of material at various warehouses all across India.
•Issuing Delivery Schedule to suppliers and expedited deliveries.
•Part of super user team with successful implementation of SAP in the organization.
•Analyze, design& develop the tracking system for the project supplies/execution for MIS purpose to higher management.
•Handling logistics (inbound/outbound).
•Handling of all the statuary documentation related to procurement & Logistics.
•Coordinating with billing department in preparation of bills to be claimed from the Ordering Authority of the project,
against the material supplied as per the agreement of the work.
•Managing inventory function so as to curtail inventory holding expenses, redefining safe stock and reorder levels.
•Ensuring specifications of materials, establishing quality & quantity for effective inventory control.
•Evaluating Inventory turns, ABC analysis, maintaining FIFO & shelf life management of inventories.
•Oversee the API/Cycle count to ensure matching system and physical inventory.
•Managing the disposal of obsolete and retired inventory.
•Coordinating with the accounts department for the timely payments of vendors.

•Delivery follow-ups/Inbound Logistics Management of supplies from Northern India.
•Single point of contact for vendors in the Delhi-NCR region for SAP SRM implementation at vendor’s end.
•Coordinating with SQIG Department for solving the quality related problems at supplier end.
•Coordinating with VQA Department for in developing new part/ implementing any design change in existing parts
•Coordinating with vendors in preparing documents like as PPAP, FMEA, SPC etc.
•Coordinating with Sourcing department in developing new vendors in the Delhi-NCR region.
•Taking record/tracking the Supplier’s Quality Standards / Certificates i.e. ISO/TS/QS etc
