4. Overseeing the plans of the company and follow up their implementation.
5. Administrative development of the company and the coordination of internal and external relations.
6. Supervision to provide all administrative and technical services company requirements.
7. Evaluate the performance of workers and sections in the administrative affairs officials
• Overall management and supervision of the two main business lines of the furniture sector on the company
• Managing the supply chain, warehouse management of the sector
• Lunching and managing the furniture workshop
• Managing the human resources development and growth
• Client Relation Management (CRM)
• Supervise the two main activities of the furniture sectors:
o The Luxury line- Branded as: ARINA
o Med-level furniture - Branded as: Bukhamseen Furniture
Setting up sector business plan/strategy and marketing model of the new Luxury business line on the furniture sector

• Starting the importing activities
