Follows up on deliveries, resolves order-related issues, and enhances workflow efficiency to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Additionally, achieved an excellent inventory turnover rate by accurately aligning purchase requests with market demand and collaborating with the sales team to analyze pricing and market trends, resulting in faster stock rotation and higher product availability upon request.
