- Construction of Multistory Car Parking (81.067.000 SAR)
- Extension of conference hall in KAU (15000000 SAR)
My role was managing project closely with involved stakeholders which stated
below in some and not all:
- Facilitate and manage weekly meetings with contractors and
consultant team.
- Preparing weekly status reports showing progress status of the
projects.
- Monitoring engineering submittals (documents, materials, shop drawings, as-built
drawings..etc.).
- Manage correspondences.
- Monitor and control project’s cost.
- Monitor and control Projects time schedules.- Successfully managed projects for King Abdulaziz University main campus.
- Approximate total budget for the projects managed was 130 million SR.
- cost control of projects.
- Schedule monitoring through contractual periods.
- Facilitate meetings with contractors on weekly basis.
-Monitor progress on weekly basis.
- Report progress status to top management and to client on weekly basis.
- Work closely with end user to define more accurate requirements and manage them.

Worked with Fluor (consultants) in the position of Senior Construction Engineer (Acting project manager) for several projects for the King Abdulaziz University (Client). Successfully with the support of the team we managed to hand over projects on time and within budget and achieving client satisfaction.
-Construction of Sports Facilities project + 3 completion packages(Total budget 240.000.000 SAR).
- Construction of Faculty of Computer Science (total budget
91.800.000 SAR).

- Vice presidency of project (PMO) at King Abdulaziz University
-Coordination between stakeholders of the projects (Enduser, Client, Consultants, contractors, Suppliers and subcontractors)
-Requirement collection and translation into executable outcomes.
-Coordinate communications for top management.
-Coordinate necessary construction meeting to follow up progress of the projects.
- Participation in the preparation of project governance with PMO management.
