The job consisted of working as maintenance electrician in a textiles factory repairing machines that become faulty or adding extra parts to a machine to make the performance of the machine better, the job also consists of doing new installlations around the factory to make the factory better for the employees plus for the company. The types of installations would vary from fitting a new light fitting to fitting a new AC Inverter Drive .
The job consisted of going to different sites that belonged to National Grid making sure that all sites were maintained to a good standard and any problems that occurred were repaired. The company also took on other work that did not involve national grid sites varying from new installations to just general maintenance and breakdowns.
