Conduct in-house training for all finance team in different Financial topics such as Budgeting, Financial analysis, IFRS, Financial statements, etc. Assist management in formulating corporate, competitive, and functional strategies based on transformation output Ensure all processes are carried in accordance with Financial policies and applicable accounting framework Assist Management in improving advanced costing system to match best practice Modify, update, and standardize Financial Policies & Procedures across Astra Group Participate in the development of multiple business models for shared services Participate in upgrading MS GP to MS EX in Astra farms, Retail, Grains, Healthcare, Transportation, Maintenance Participate in successful implementation of Briton system in Astra Construction Ensured prompt resolution of working capital issues for smooth functioning of operations and cash flow.
