 Managing total of 100 Employees.
 Managing all Telecom projects with the 3 mobile operators and government sector with more than $50 M yearly.
 Technical evaluations for new business ideas and solutions.
 All financial reports related to the projects.
 P&L planning and managements.
 Business Development in RF field inside and outside KSA.
 Attend international expos & forums to develop new business ideas and look for new vendors.
 Negotiate with material suppliers and Subcontractors.
Achievements:
 Build the biggest RF IBS design office in the Middle East.
 Establish very strong partnership with Commscope/Andrew as supplier of IBS Active Equipment.
 Build the first IBS shared sites between the 3 mobile operators.
 Work with mobily as an exclusive contractor for IBS business.
 Get an international award from GTB (Global Telecom Business) - UK for deploying the world’s largest Multi-Carrier indoor wireless coverage system inside KAAEP, Makah - Saudi Arabia.
 Build a very successful and well trained team working in very healthy environment.
