project specifications.
• Proficient with planning, project supervision in Installation and
project performance.
• Ability to take the initiative and work under pressure.

Report to Project Manager at all stages on following responsibilities.

Prepare project schedule, project plan and calculating time requirements; sequencing
project elements
➢
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and
trends, recommending actions.
➢
Prepare Method Statement, Material Submittal, Technical Documents, Shop Drawings.
➢
Monitoring complete project progress, coordinating activities and other systems.
➢
Guide Draughtsman in preparation of Shop Drawing, Schematics and Section drawings.
➢
Coordinating with all other services for coordination drawing.
➢
Controls project costs by reviewing and monitoring project expenditures.
➢
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design/review/
implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project
➢
Ordering and procuring materials as per site requirement.
➢
The Sole responsibility for the site works implementation and documentation in order to
achieve the project target completion date.
➢
Supervise the subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the
suppliers for the timely delivery of equipment.

Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, SCS, FAS, BMS, AVI etc.) are
in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards
➢
Keep records and related data of site progress in order to maintain regular/timely update to
Senior Manager.
➢
Submitting claims for completed work on monthly basis for client approval.
➢
Preparation of interim payment application, variation and subcontractors Payment
certificates
➢
Prepare WIR for the work done.
➢
Attend site meetings from time and time and liaise with other trades for details of works and
coordination of requirements amongst various parties.
➢
Perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the parties
concerned.
➢
Good at Integration (Genetec) with CCTV, Intercom and Access control systems.
➢
Providing training to client/end-users for final hand over.
➢
Follow and attend the consultant snags and close the same, obtain the completion certificate
with timely follow-up
