management of the mental health project to ensure that a high-quality program is delivered.
Regularly Provide the mental health staff with technical supervision.
Provide regular training and professional development opportunities to staff remotely.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of mental health activities to ensure quality of services implemented.
Monitor the quality of services provided by psycho social workers .
Support psychologists and psychiatrists with coordination of activities.
Conduct individual & group counseling.
.Ongoing training in PFA, IASC and case management
Liaison with other agencies and provide them with the essential training.
Liaise with other support services for referrals and follow up, create and manage up to date referral pathways and mechanisms.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of mental health activities to ensure quality of services implemented.
Assist in the development of mental health activities and proposals.
Monitor the quality of services provided by psycho social workers .
Support psychologists and psychiatrists with coordination of activities.
Provide psychological assistance with the aim to improve the social and psychological functioning of children and their families, maximizing overall community well-being.
Provide supportive clinical supervision for field psychologists; supervision will also include modeling therapy sessions as well as observation of clinical sessions
Ensure that all care plan activities have time lines and support services.
Conduct review for appropriate utilization of services from admission through discharge/termination.
Conduct home visits as required.

Prepare any including a draft summary of findings Submit a comprehensive final report.
