•Manage all financial and accounting operations, coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and prepare and publish financial statements in a timely manner.

•Review the cost of recipes for all categories and review the engineering menu.
•Review and issue all cash and sales monitoring tools.
- Leading & manage a team of accountants.
- responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for a group of companies in our group who don’t have an accounting department.
- Gathering required data, recording transaction and issuing final Financial Statements Report.
- Following with the external Auditor at the end of the year to issue the audited Financial Statements ASAP.
- Following and finalizing the issues with legal authorities (Zakat & Tax authority and Ministry of Commerce, VAT& Investment. etc.)

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports& budget.
