Developing the vision and overseeing the implementation of HRDF strategy and ensuring its integration with the Labor market strategy.
- Directing all HRDF employment and training programs to empower both job seekers and employees
- Developing the most effective support system to enable private sector employers to enhance growth, productivity and national human capital
Responsible for all HRDF customer services, training, employment, and entrepreneurship programs and initiatives
- Contribute to the establishment of the company’s vision, mission, strategies, a high level objectives
- Sett up new training programs (e.g., Aerospace Academy) as part of the training academy expansion plan.
- Participate in high level business decisions made at the Board and Executive Management meetings
- Manage 4 training departments (Technical Training dept; English Training Dept; Learning & Development Services; Organizational Development & testing Dept; & Trainee Affairs dept.) to effectively respond to and satisfy customer requirements.
- Establish and implement the training resource/infrastructure plan including staff development, talent management, and Saudization plans.
- Manage the performance of outsourced training both locally and abroad.
- Ensure that quality control and assurance processes are embedded in all training related activities.
- Ensure the implementation of the complete training cycle and adapt cutting edge training approaches & methods.
- Establish strategic partnerships with training institutions nationally & internationally.
- Setting English language Training policies and approaches at technical colleges & Institutes
- Writing the TVTC English Standards Document
- Leading curricula design and textbook authoring teams
- Lading TVTC team in the joint development project with the British Council
- Designing, delivering and supervising trainer-training programs both locally and internationally
