Guiding design team for special steel structures with concrete precast foundation systems.

I was the the second employee recruited for this newly established company. I was in charge of building the company organization from ground zero and in parallel running the daily operations of Bidding, Project implementation, Business development, Finance issues and dealing with banks. Successfully leading the company to obtaining ISO certification for a contractor in 2004. Successfully building a qualified company organization of more than 600 employees. Successfully obtaining grade 1 classification by the Ministry of Trade for the company. I was successful in achieving company business targets and increasing the business volume every year. We grew from 10 million SAR sales upto 350million SAR sales in 2009 Projects implemented in the field of road works, infrastructure, civil works. More than 4000 telecom sites implemented across KSA
