Evaluate the contractors’ performance compare to the signed contracts and prepare corrective actions to be followed by the team along with the contractors.
Review the unified process maps, work procedures and govern services as part of quality management program (+50 procedures, 5 governance documents).
Supervising the formalization of services' contracts (Scope of Work documents).
Applying & controlling the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Review and update the Monthly Payroll, vacation & time sheet for (Local & Expats).
Participating in writing and updating the company procedures regarding the transportation, medical service.
Preparing and developing the termination Procedures process.
Managing Employee File - Letters - Complains.
