• Liaise with client, PMC, and engineers and Authorities, to make the project happen.

• Provide guidelines to subcontractor for their submissions (materials, and shop drawings submittals), review it and transmit it to consultant, then conduct meetings and discussions with consultant to get approval, within the time schedule and site requirement.
• Manage and control subcontractor materials delivery schedule as per site requirement and project time plan.
• Manage site works to ensure timely delivery of the project within safety and quality requirement of our company and client.
• Identify and recommend proposals of potential variations to commercial department and provide technical support for the contractual claims.

Responsibility: Monitor project activities and program target schedule. In Works: Building
charge for pre cast cladding panels for all the towers.
Coordinated amongst the subcontractors ensuring proper
sequencing and preparation of work. Check work quality on site and ensure to be as per specification and project budget.
