Performed as Project Lead / Senior Application SME in implementing and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) and eBusiness Suite. It consists of Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and self-service module.
Performed lead role in upgrading Oracle Application Release from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7 which includes new additional feature and functionalities, enhancements to existing functionalities, and improved stability, security, and performance. Application 12.2.7 is a collective upgrade Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Learning management and self-service modules.
Performed lead role in upgrading Oracle Application Release from 12.0.4 to 12.1.3 which includes new additional feature and functionalities, enhancements to existing functionalities, and improved stability, security, and performance. Application 12.1.3 is a collective upgrade Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Learning management and self-service modules.
As a project lead extensively managed performance testing with various applications. It consists of Finone, Eximbills, Docsafe, Banknet, and SmartBusiness with Emirates NBD Egypt integration. Involved in various stages with Vendor to support the Performance test strategy, design, execution, result analysis and benchmarks and recommendations.

Extensively worked on customization, extension, and personalization of self-services pages like adding attachments, button, text item, links, extending controller, view object, and custom regions.
