• Coach and train teams on scrum best practices
• Organize and facilitate scrum events/ceremonies
• Monitor performance of the development team and sprint backlog
• Maintain communication channels between product owner and development team
• Help the scrum team to understand scrum scope, theory, practices, rules, and goals
• Help the scrum team to understand the need and concise product backlog items
• Help business owner define requirements and optimize product backlog
• Design, specify and enhance methods/processes for SDLC
• Coordinate, track, measure and review project progress this includes adjusting plans and communicating the changes across onshore and offshore teams and clients
• Manage several software development projects simultaneously via Scrum
• Manage client relations and escalation of issues as appropriate
• Create project plans and test plans
• Prioritize work effort and priority
• Lead the effort of analytics analysis and testing
