SA unique system in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 Being responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the Aircrew Debrief System.
 Collecting the CRMM (the video data unit in the F-15) from aircrews following each aircraft
mission and preparing the debrief system for use by the aircrew.
 Responsible for verifying that CRMM required data for each aircraft deploying was prepared
properly and completely.

 Verifying proper operation of the deployed debrief server, workstations, and data transfer module
(DTM) readers.
 Maintaining end- user access security databases, performing regular database backups, recovering
from system failures, applying application,

and database administration tasks.
 Conducting Training in both formal and informal (mostly on the job training) environments.
 Providing technical support to the RSAF prior to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF’s)
participation in Red/Green Flag exercises.

external outsourcing agents pertaining to pricing, deadlines, and timely execution of day to day

 Managed security, network and database installations - in a Windows environment. Chiefly
encompassed Internet / Intranet services, Anti-Virus solution and remote access authorization.
 Installed, maintained & supported (LAN) network in KSA with diverse network architecture as
per standard networking protocols & Performed regular system checks and preventive
maintenance to ensure optimum system performance.
 Handled major issues pertaining to the planning, administration and security management, of all
systems, hardware and networks installations.
 Handle the relocated projects, with specified time, control expenses, commitment with timelines,
ensure acceptable levels of quality.
 Ensure the IT policies are applied, ensure from the IT asset to be in safe environment, look after
the IT inventory to be up to date.
Day to day Responsibilities:

Responsible for (24/7 IT Support) for 14 branches and more than 150 users in Western & Southern
Region.
