o Preparing strategic documents related to new bank initiatives (New bank strategy, new values communication, developing “breakthrough” achievement target)
o Arranging communication between departments (clarify details cascade communication to concern departments and the task allocation between them)
o Representing the bank in CSR activities ( e.g. CBDYAC, presenting funds to charity organization)
o Developing business case and plans for segment enhancement (E.g. Enhance Islamic banking, corporate and commercial banking and private banking)
o Preparing project plans (i.e. Islamic banking, corporate and commercial banking and private banking)

➢ Given a schedule for 12 months to rotate around the bank departments to understand the work of each department :
o Retail conventional banking branches: summary: had to learn the task on jobs available in the branch, which are: teller, customer services, personal sale staff, business banking sales staff, operation manager and the branch manager
o Retail Islamic banking branches: summary: had to learn the task on jobs available in the branch, which are: teller, customer services, personal sale staff, business banking sales staff, operation manager and the branch manager
o Commercial banking segment, summary: had to learn the daily task of the commercial banking, and the customer segment they service
o Corporate banking segment, summary: had to learn the daily task of the Corporate banking, and the customer segment they service
o Treasury, summary: had to learn the daily task of the Treasury, and the customer segment they service, which basically arrange to buy financial products and arrange deals for customers
o Central operation department:, summary, all the tasks related to back office, where its focused on customer transactions which done by the branch staff
o Legal department, summary, sign off contract to be signed by the bank, deal with court cases and internal adviser for day to day inquires regard contracts between the bank and the customer
o Admin establishment department, summary: mainly focus on arranging procurement for the bank, arrange and transfer the physical offices
o CBD properties: manage real estate properties of CBD, from renting and evaluating it
o Strategic planning department, summary, plan and develop the bank plans and strategies, both long and short terms.
o Fraud and compliance department, summary, develop the banks compliance and make sure it fits the standards and guidelines of the authorized entities (government, central bank...etc.)
o Financial control department, summary: manage the bank financials by developing financials report and arranging the bank details to be shared with external entities or personal
o Marketing department, summary: develop and manage the bank internal and external communication (arranging adds, developing social media awareness… etc.
o Credit department, summary, In charge of checking the credibility of the clients to be lent loans, and prepare the required documents and processes to dispersing it to clients
o Trade finance department, summary: manage the services related to trade clients such as issuing LCs, or LGs ( trade products)
o Human resources department, summary: in charge of hiring staff, developing them, maintaining them and dispose of them)
o Priority banking department ( Al Dana), summary: in charge of the services for the high net wealth clients, similar to the branch services
o Risk management department, summary: analyze the risks that affects the business, such is market risk, operational risk or IT risk...etc./
o Information technologies (IT) department, summary: developing the banks IT infrastructure and maintaining it
o Cards management department
o Collection department, summary: in charge of collecting the uncollected funds for the bank
o Financial services department, summary: in charge of the services related to purchases of the stocks in the local and regional market
o Also with all that, we were (MTP) tasked to deliver a presentation to increase bank profit or reduce cost (mine was about Crowd funding)
supporting the RMs, to proivde a great service to customer, by solving his inquires on urgent basis, and provide a good image for the bank to the customer, by living the value of the bank

I have being study in the American university in the emirates in bachelor's major of Business administration, and specialized in Finance, I have being holding a high GBP all the time, the minium it was 3.73 and as high as 3.85
i have got the GPA of 3.67 and as a honor student, and have finished a research regards Central bank for around 10000 words for the cap stone
