•Evaluate and review of work design & execution programs for all aspects of projects functions and elements including material delivery, testing, commissioning and report planned to actual expenditure and related advice.
•Create and develop new and sustain technologies and prepare relevant technical reports for feasible innovative technologies
•Develop, define, and improve criteria for prequalification/approval of consultants, contractors, and vendors as per the approved policies and regulations.
•Responsible for preparation of projects annual budgeting and controlling projects expenditures not to exceed approved budgets.
•Control all the design end-user approvals and get all approvals to avoid any changes in design and avoid variations
•-Cooperate with other departments to facilitate accreditation procedures
•Manage KPI reports, manage the performance of the landscape section & ensure the achievement of KPIs related to section’s processes, projects and programs, and submit performance related reports on time.
•Supervise and approve project handing over works, closure snags issued against work done, as built drawings review and approval, and issuing final clearance certificates.
