Acting as a focal point between DEWA and external stakeholders in regards to Crisis Management and Business Continuity;
Review and operate all operations and administrative activities related to Crisis Management & Business Continuity;
Collaborating with all departments and divisions to ensure all divisional Crisis Management & Business Continuity Plans updated on time;
Conducting gap analysis and accordingly determine the crisis related risks; reflecting outcomes in the Crisis Management & Business Continuity Plans;
Participating and reviewing drill plans from the perspectives of Crisis Management preparedness;
Assessing in developing long term strategy objectives and KPIs;
Design Crisis Management & Business Continuity Training plan: workshops in-house and external, awareness presentations, etc.;

Successfully conduct Workshop with external stakeholder related to DEWA vital Crisis plan for Dubai
- Successfully designed emergency & crisis management program for BNP Plant;
- Developed the Crisis & Emergency Management (CEM) policy and governance model; produced CEM program specification and project plan;
- Conducted and subsequently updated risk assessment; developed testing of Crisis Management plans and procedures;
- Conducted Training and Awareness Exercises of CEM Program;
- Effectively defined and implemented CEM assessment metrics and benchmarking;
- Mentored business unit coordinators, have proven records of successful incident recovery;
- Monitored and maintained compliance; advised on Law applicable requirements; Standards and Regulation requirements (UAE & International Nuclear regulatory bodies requirements);
