* Oversee payments for subcontractors & fix penalty from the payment in case they
are delays from (c.p.m.) program or unsatisfied works and wasted materials.
Preparation payments for the sub-contractor & fix penalty from the payments in
case they not following works as (c.p.m) program or any unsatisfied works &
wasted materials.
* Estimating all works according to the required specifications of (K.O.C.) for project indended to be set.
* Follow up all activities in the site, coordinatin that with subcontractors
* Be responsible for managing the site staff.

* Follow up executing works and control all the activitiesin the site according to C.P.M. program and in pursauance with specifications& approvalshopdrawings from K.O.C.

* Evalution of the parties to be involved in project execution according to thier capacities technically and financially.
*Prepare and follow up the budget to avoid any exceeding or failure.
* Ensure proper implementation by all contractors and suppliers with requirements of contract documents and the project program.
* Ensure proper logistics requirements for execute the project.
