Project Control Manager centralized in the Head office of Thabat Construction Company.
Responsibilities:
Control and Monitor the Cost and Planning of all Thabat Infrastructure Department Projects.
Preparing of Baseline Budgets including Bill of Quantities Breakdowns, Site Management, Site Facilities, Mobilizations, and Manpower & Equipment Schedules with S-Carve. Negotiate with Project Management and sitting up the Productivity rates, Plan the Manpower and Equipment.
Preparing of Base Line Schedules on Primavera.
Prepare, update, and Monitor Budget Commitment Reports.
Prepare Budget Comparison Sheets against Requested Purchase Orders and Subcontractors.
Prepare and Update Cost To Complete Reports Quarterly for each Project to monitor the status of Gross Margins.
Preparing of Company Portfolio Cashflow Reports and Billing Vs Collection Reports on a Yearly basis.
Visiting all Projects on a Monthly Basis to update project Progress and Negotiate Cost issues.
Approaching Procurement Department for Material and Subcontract Prices.
Supporting of all Projects Managers and providing alternative solutions to avoid Over Budgets and Manpower/Equipment Overrun or Shortage.
Managing and Monitor weekly projects Dashboard reports.
Attending weekly Progress meetings.
Preparing of Monthly Portfolio Manpower Histogram and Report and facilitating Manpower Transfer between Projects.
Supporting of Engineering Department in preparing Contracts and Request for Quotations.

My Roles:
-Plan Marine and Civil projects within budget constraints with effective management of people and material.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedule using MS Project/Primavera and track them to ensure they meet deadline deliverables
-Prepare invoices for the running projects.
-Review contracts, budgets, spending reports, and logistics data to develop a comprehensive overview of project expenses.
-Prepare different cost reports to estimate and monitor costs and find cost saving measures.
-Assist managers during the implementation of new workflows, including meeting with technicians and executives to make real-time adjustments to meet new challenges.
-Prepare of detailed Cost Estimate for all kinds of Construction Activities (i.e. Civil works, Infrastructures, Marine Works, Earthworks, Buildings Works and Electrical and Mechanical Works).
-Prepare of Project Budgets (Direct and Indirect works).
-Prepare of Technical and Commercial Proposals.
-Project Cost Controlling i.e. Variation Orders, Procurements, Invoicing, etc.
-Design Management and Technical Support.

-Leading a Tendering team, to Prepare Technical and commercial Proposals, assist in project planning and scheduling, Preparing detailed cost estimates, Identify and classify potential contract implementation risks affecting the construction schedule and the projects budget.

Filling Position of Project Engineer in Sama National of a residential project consists of two Villas with a total area of 1, 595m^2, two Swimming Pool with an approx. area of 225m^2 and Landscaping with a total area of 2, 000 m^2, Project Located at Makkah-Al Sharaya. My work responsibilities were about:
-Site Construction Managing for all Civil works including earthworks, Formworks, Steel Rebar, Concrete works and surveying works.
-Procurement of all Civil MEP Materials.
-Office works including Shop drawing, Quantity Survey and preparing a Site Inspection & Daily site report.
Handing Overall the completed works to the Client.
Filling position of Site Engineer with Medmac the First in Development and Constructions Company, for an Investigation Building owned by Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia, Project location in North of Tabuk, Project has a total area of 61, 000m^2, My responsibilities were about:
-Construction of Mosque with a total area of 575m^2,
-Construction of Workers Accommodation, two story building with a total of 1, 900m^2,
-Construction of Workshop and Weapons Store with a total area of 800m^2,
-Construction of Inspection Gate Office with a total area of 425m^2 and,
-Construction of 4 nos. Observation Towers, with a total area of 11m^2 for each.
-Site Construction Managing of all Civil works including earth works, Form works, Steel Rebar, Concrete works and surveying works
-Managing of all site Equipment (i. e. Crawler crane, wheel loader and grader)
-Procurement of all Civil MEP Construction Materials
-Office works including Preparing of Shop Drawings,
-Quantity Surveyor and preparing a Site Inspection & Daily site report.
-Handing Over all the completed works to the Client
