identifying commercial and contractual risks.

pipelines, quay walls, jetties, mooring systems, and temporary marine works.
• Developing pricing strategies based on market conditions, risk allowances, productivity rates,
and resource optimization.
• Leading clarifications, RFIs, and pre-bid meetings with clients, consultants, and joint venture
partners.
• Preparing commercial proposals, pricing schedules, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering

• Conducting risk assessments and contingency analysis for marine operations, weather windows,
marine spreads, and offshore logistics.

Equipment for all types of projects (i.e., Lump Sum, Re-measured, Cost Plus).

Administration teams as necessary to meet internal and external customer requirements while
adhering to the budget and schedule demands of the project.

• Acting as Tender Lead for major marine bids from initial take-off to final submission.
• Preparing method statements, construction sequences, and marine spreads for tender stage.
• Leading bid risk workshops and identifying cost and schedule sensitivities.
• Supporting JV tenders and coordinating with international partners.
• Plan Marine and Civil projects within budget constraints with effective management of Manpower
and Material.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (level 1 to level 4+) using MS Project/Primavera
and track them to ensure they meet deadline deliverables.
• Supervise planning and scheduling. Analyze data, identify hindering issues, and recommend
suitably.
• Ensure all applicable schedule activities have Rules of Credit and Quantity Tracking
mechanisms established.
• Provide a construction phasing and time location plans to ease and facilitate the construction

and familiar with the analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Managing of the Design Subcontractors to ensure that the submission of design deliverables is
in line with the schedule and reviewing of each deliverable to ensure that all construction details
are provided, and all materials specifications are determined and in line with the employers
requirements.
• Review design consultants drawings against contract, legislative or technical requirements and
identify efficiencies which can be made whilst still meeting the requirements.
• Review design calculations provided by the Design Subcontractor against the Code standards
and the applicable design loads.
• Review contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and
the addition of new clauses if necessary.
• Ensure document and information transfer is managed effectively at site level.
• Assist managers during the implementation of new workflows, including meeting with technicians
and executives to make real-time adjustments to meet new challenges.
• Prepare of detailed Cost Estimate for all kinds of Construction Activities (i.e. Civil works,
Infrastructures, Marine Works, Earthworks and Electrical and Mechanical Works).
• Review contracts, budgets, spending reports, and logistics data to develop a comprehensive
overview of project expenses.
• Prepare different cost reports to estimate and monitor costs and find cost saving measures.
• Identify and track all changes or potential changes to the project baseline and subsequent

underpinning of change control mechanisms.
• Provide procurement services for the client, where applicable, for construction and engineering
services, including preparing RFP, bid analysis, and comparing with all available local and
international Vendors to guarantee receiving best technical and commercial proposals.
• Establishing man-hour, materials quantity and cost budgets, control and forecasting of direct and
