provide advice to the organisation for Project management, Program management, Strategic alignment and risk management. Provide coaching and systems to implement proper project management.
Special grade. Example of projects: Electronic permitting system, Municipal service unifications and pan government new service centers.
Responsible for tracking Projects Performance for More than 40 Civil Projects on areas of quality and health, safety and environment. Work closely with Project Managers, Project consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget while maintaining quality and safety. Projects included the construction of the 75 floors Main office for ADNOC plus large scale housing projects in Ruwais and several artificial islands.
Responsible for tracking the Strategic Plan that consists of different Initiatives and Projects. My role is to provide support to sectors in the Municipality to help them achieve their project goals. Moreover, I work in a team environment to develop and update Project Management process and procedures. In addition, I am part of the knowledge management project.
Managed a section of 3 Engineers, 1 technician and 2 administrative assistance to provided technical HSE services to the company’s main office and to offshore sites. The main duty of my section were to study the current company situation and identify areas of improvements, then initiate projects that will deliver the required improvement. My job involved overlooking the company training plan and designing various awareness campaigns. In addition, I was involved in the development of many e-learning packages to enhance the company knowledge
Site inspections, conducting Risk Assessment for hazardous jobs, provide safety coverage for emergencies (on call 24 hrs), conduct safety training on different subjects. Worked closely with management on solving HSE technical problems. In addition, I conducted many major accident investigations and initiated many awareness campaigns. I was involved in many major projects including construction of new accommodation building and different plants modifications and shutdowns.
