Responsible for building Mufeed tech products (Web, App) vision and strategy, developing the roadmap, leading cross-functional teams (UI/UX) designers, engineers, marketers), overseeing product development, launching the product, and monitoring product performance and enhancement. The product team efforts contributed to the overall success of the "Mufeed platform", which today has over 10, 000 student users in a single academic year, by increasing user engagement and benefits .
Oversaw the development of the product (App, Website) vision and strategy, focusing on market research, user feedback, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the product met Bahrain's F&B market demands. Prioritizing features and building a plan, I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and sales, to ensure alignment with the product vision and strategy. I monitored product performance, tracking key indicators like user engagement, retention, and revenue, to make data-driven decisions and discover areas for development. Additionally, I conducted frequent user research to gather input and ensure the solution met Bahrain's F&B market needs. Finally, I developed the core positioning and messaging for the product, acting as a leader within the company.
A Academy, the first voluntary educational institution in the region. With a team of 140 volunteers, we provide free education to over 80, 000 university students through classroom lessons and social media platforms. My role involves overseeing daily operations, managing resources, building partnerships, and ensuring quality education. Together, we aim to make a positive impact on students' lives and create a supportive learning environment.
Oversaw the hiring process, working closely with recruiters to ensure successful job listings, thorough vetting of applicants, and quick interviews. Maintained client relationships by understanding hiring requirements, updating them on job opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction with agency service. Managed a team of recruiters, providing direction and support to meet goals and provide top-notch service. Analyzed recruitment data to identify trends, track progress, and pinpoint problem areas. Managed a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance and assistance to meet targets and provide high-quality service to new hires and clients.
As a project manager, I coordinated recruitment projects, managing teams, and developing recruitment strategies to meet client needs. I monitored project performance by tracking key metrics, reporting to senior management, stakeholders, and clients. I also reviewed processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and conducted post-project reviews to apply lessons learned to future projects.
I enjoyed my studying especially that I went through many subjects and experiences from studying electrical and electronics engineering as well as Computer and Communication engineering and my favorite subject were Wireless and Network as well as Power System
