• Provide advice and support to staff on system and quality matters, ensuring that staffs are properly briefed, and training is arranged so that targets and objectives can be met.

• Evaluates the quality of maintenance accomplished and performs necessary functions to manage Maintenance Standardization Evaluation Program.

• Serves as the primary technical advisory agency in the maintenance organization, assisting maintenance supervision at all levels to resolve quality problems.

• Assist in reviewing processes and performance to ensure compliance with the Performance Standards and to undertake ongoing analysis and monitoring where required to meet the standards
