I have been with QVC for the last twelve years in plant operation.

Profile:
• Worked in a supervisory position\[Senior Engineer\] with TCC in plant operation, plant maintenance, planning and process department
• Actively involved in the commissioning of 100 TPD monopolar caustic soda plant and commissioning of 100 TPD caustic soda fusion plant .
• Ensured the smooth operation of the plant and take the lead in emergency response situations.Assisted with the plant troubleshooting, debottlenecking, technical studies.
• Prepared the Work permits, Ensured the decommissioning and safe handover of the equipments, house keeping.
• Coordinated with discipline supervisors and ensure that all equipment meets the required safety specifications and standards.
• Executed Operational Task Management \[OTM\], including the development of operator tasks lists, operator rounds and shift hand over reporting.
• Performed material and energy balance calculations, pressure drop survey across units of the plant
• Developed and updated the operational, emergency and shutdown SOP for different areas of the plant.
• Prepared incident reports, safety walk reports and fallow up the necessary action.
