Manage and oversee the day-to-day Fit out-construction management of
the project,
Develop and organize the fit out construction effort to formulate
the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to
implement the execution of that plan,
Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress,
risks and opportunities in a timely manner,
Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of
both scope and schedule to all the team members,
Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their
representatives to inform them of progress on the project,
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

Monitoring the site activities to make sure the all installation done as per approved
shop drawing,
Guide the site team and Solve the technical issues at site,
Meeting with consultant and main contractor,
Raise RFI whenever required,
Implement cost effective ideas,
Check the quality of work as well as materials, Solve the issues and convene Clint
and consultant,
Coordination with ID and MEP Draftsman,
Check the shop drawing details and section before sending for approval,
Make material schedule list and cross checking with specs.
