As an MEP Consultant, I am responsible for all the design review and project supervision of MEP (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting & LPG)

As Technical Manager, I led a site team of AC, Plumbing & Drainage Engineers and draftsmen to get the shop drawings, coordination, builder’s work drawings and technical submittals done as per planned dates. Along with site supervision, attended weekly progress meetings with the client and design workshops with consultant and acted as the main contact point for the main contractor & consultant. Closely followed the progress of material & drawing submittals, method statements and ITPs, Issued RFIs, draft & replied all official correspondences with MC.
