Detail Responsibilities

•Preparation and enforcement of Claims-Schedule prolongations, Scope variations, Disruptions, Suspensions, terminations and acceleration claims with the assistance of Project team
•Preparation of comprehensive applications of Extension of time along with
Forensic delay analysis with assistance of Planners/Schedulers.
•Enforce and defend Organization’s contractual rights and obligation throughout the project
•Ensure proactive participation in all contract and risk management aspects throughout the project
•Provide guidance and leadership on contract and risk management related matters to cross-department business team members
•Review, comment and negotiate contractual change orders taking into account risk, pricing, scope and schedule
•Ensure that for a project, contract and claims strategies are prepared, monitored and followed in full coordination with the Project Manager
•Actively participate in the project review process from a commercial, contractual and risk management perspective
•Ensure all contract and risk management activities are executed in accordance with Group/Division/Business Unit directives and instructions

Detail Responsibilities

•Coordinate with Engineering, Contracts, Monitoring, and Planning, Finance departments, Turnkey Contractors, Manufacturing units, Inspection Department and site offices for timely availability of the drawings, materials and deployment and effective utilization of the resources and resolving the critical issues of the packages.
•Monitoring the Safety statistics and taking the steps to strengthen and promote the culture of safety and adoption of safe work methods.
•Monthly Progress Review Meeting with the Contractor, site office for assessing the physical progress vis-à-vis commitments and schedules.
•Diversion/ Availability of critical supplies and all activities required during project execution to be interfaced and taken care as a central coordination person for issuance of amendments, LC openings, PAC and other approvals along with Contract Closing Activities.
•Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, revenue, cost, expenses and cash flow and identify project risk, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
•Ensure that the project is formally closed out by driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its customer acknowledgement.
•Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes
