• Preparing and maintaining human resources policies, procedures and guidelines consistent with the company's policies and advising and consulting personnel. Assisting management by planning and coordinating staff requirements.
• Monitoring and reviewing employees attendance.
• Managing, organizing and coordinating office activities. Responding rapidly and appropriately to changing circumstances. Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that attribute and serve to the company's functions.
