The role inside Medina Water Authority (MWA) to Act as a focal point of technical support for GIS and related Activities inside MWA GIS Center.
Acted as a software engineer and develop and build software application as requested
As a Geospatial Data Analyst my role to accomplish two tasks:
1. Data partnership Agreements: This Activity covers gathering, and the implementation of data sharing agreements with MoF partners such as Kuwait Municipality, PACI, Ministry of Justice and PAAFR, and the structuring of this information into a form that will support the MoF system development process.
2. Map file Conversion: This activity includes the process of converting paper maps into digital maps .The conversion process covers collecting, geo-referencing and digitizing the paper maps to be used in MoF system.
• Involved with all phases of mobile app development from initial concepts, through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Worked with the project team to balance creative objectives with business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborated with team to make applications more user-friendly.
• Developed Mobile Apps using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, taking advantage of the frameworks Angular.JS& Ionic.
• Responsible for rapid prototyping and development of mobile applications.
• Participated in brainstorm and user feedback sessions to gather input to apply rapid changes for prototype iterations.
I have concluded the period of the studying with this project Public Collaboration System which is a Collaboration between citizen and government • Public Collaboration System allows anyone to report and track non-emergency issues via the internet. • It concerned about encouraging citizens to become active in taking care of and improving their city by reporting of issues in their neighborhood • Imagine a world where every citizen feels empowered and part of their neighborhood. • Imagine if everyone trusted and felt taken care of by their government. • We know there are already a lot of involved citizens and hard-working local authorities and service people. • We seek to use the power of the internet to bring them closer together and reach even more people
