Main Responsibilities:
Perform periodic changes for Fast moving spare parts.
Execute the PM program on the schedule time.
Predict power train components failures.
Monitor equipment performance.
Create and Keep historical log for each equipment ( Maintenance Log / Cost Log ).
Repair of the breakdown detected from the preventive and predictive scheduled inspection.
Perform emergency corrective maintenance resulted from both reported brake down or road failure.
Execute engine overhaul plan execution.
Cover all the maintenance and repair activities related to fleet tires.
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working state.
Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

I’m a senior mechanical engineer working in the field of construction equipment at OTRAC HEAVY EQUIPMENT which is a sole agent for the multinational earth moving companies like:DOOSAN, MOXY, BOBCAT and FURUKAWA ROCK DRILLING.
