Direct and coordinate production activities from Limestone, and other raw materials crushing to ensure quality and meet timetables
Generate reports as required by my seniors
Supervise Quarry production shifts Heavy equipment's operators, and crushers' operators directly, and coordinated with other mechanical workshop staff indirectly, to insure performance in accordance with high rate production, company policies, quality standards, and procedures
Counsel subordinates and assist operators to correct job-skill deficiencies.
Coordinate with the quality control department to meet the required quality of raw materials during the pile preparation of different raw materials “Limestone, Clay, Kaolin, Iron ore, Gypsum, and Additives “
Plan, design, supervise, and participate, the bench blasting activities in limestone quarry
Responsible for scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees of quarry supervisor section, and prepare the daily attendance report
Observe operators to ensure that they meet with quarry production goals.
Inspect materials, or equipment to detect defects, or malfunctions, as needed
.Delicated as a quarry supervisor during the absence of the quarry supervisor for vacation
Responsible for scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees Control the production processes
Manage the operation and the production of the clay quarry Supervision of a subcontractor.
Control the income of the raw materials and the consumption through the production line.
Reporting to the plant manager about daily, monthly production, raw materials movement, and production team attendance
Planning, operate and direct bench blasting process of the limestone quarry
Direct and leading all the shifts of individuals and the operation of the heavy mobile equipment’s during the different shifts, production of 3 MT of crushed limestone per year
Planning the service, of machines within my site, have knowledge and experience with Service kits, general defects, errors and operation of machines within my site.
Supervising and directing the production process.
