-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/
vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within
scope and within budget.
- Design and Redesign all Cargo Saudia Projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Managing the changes of the project scope, project
schedule and project costs using appropriate
verification techniques.
- Reporting and escalate to management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third
parties/vendors
- Plan, schedule and control activities to fulfil identified
objectives applying technical, theoretical and
managerial skills to satisfy project requirements.
- Consult and lead efforts of individual, team, client and
other resources associated with project activity.

-Ensuring that all engineering work is carried out in
accordance with specifications, statutory requirements,
laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to safety.
-Runs operations for Precast concrete plant quality control team.
-Providing technical support to the project team.
-Supervises the erection process of the precast concrete elements at construction sites.
-Responsible for the completion of all documentation.
-Administers the site engineers assigned for precast
concrete activities in the construction sites.
-Participated in the renovation process of the concrete Quality and assurance laboratory at Umm Al-Qura
