Preparing and maintaining accounting document and records Treasury control and daily cash management Preparing and filling monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Prepare all payments to vendor and employees( Checks or Cash ) Prepare Tax & Insurance payments ( Income Tax, WHT & VAT ) Coordinate payments to vendors and employees Settling travel trips with employees Assist in preparing and coordinating with CFO to complete the budget and forecast exercise on quarterly and annual basis. Updating bank reconciliation sheets to provide a clear view for the cash management process
Preparing and maintaining accounting document and records
Recording of all treasury transactions ( Cash in & out )
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings - Record journal entries
Prepare all payments ( Checks or Cash )
Prepare Tax & Insurance payments ( Income Tax, WHT & VAT )
Assist in update A/P sheet & revise all purchase documents and processing journal entries
to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Settling travel trips with Employee
