Responsibilities:
Project Engineer for Home Automation Projects as follows:
* Studying client's requirements and prepare design contains systems and hardware necessary to achieve these requirements and send it to the sales department.
* Providing support to sales engineers and helping to convince the client to complete the deal.
* Supervise the preparing of drawings and ensure compliance with the required design.
* Coordinating with the contractor in charge of wiring and installation and ensure compliance with the drawings.
* Programming, testing and commissioning.
* Provide training for the client and handover the project.
* Products and systems development:
* Search for solutions and products to add new features for our systems
* keep in touch with product suppliers and keep updated about new upgrades and discontinued product

* Home Automation (Leviton, Control4 and Fibaro)
* Security systems (Leviton and Fibaro)
* CCTV (IDIS and Foscam)
* Audio distribution (Leviton-HIFI and Control4)
* Video matrix (Control4)
* Home theater (Bitwise, Control4)

Responsibilities:
Project Engineer for BMS (Building management system) Projects as follows:
* Design & select all field devices and control theories as required in project specification and systems requirement.
* Prepare Technical proposal which contain (I/O list, shop drawings, riser diagram, bill of material and data sheets) and submits it to consultant.
* Attend meetings related to design approval.
* Following up with wiring and installation
* Design Integration Network for facilities that required integration with BMS HVAC protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Lonwork…etc.)
* Build full workstation/web station for end users which contain (real time operation, 3D model for facility, alarm, trend, schedule, profiles …etc.)
* Testing and commissioning.
* Provide training for the end user and handover the project.
