Key Responsibilities as Senior Field Engineer (Oct ’10- May ’11) :
• Supervising and executing key onsite technical processes like installations, operations and maintenance, ensuring standard operating procedures are rigorously implemented.
• Evaluating job risk, preparing detailed schedules for task planning, monitoring progress, daily labor input, work hours and receiving value analysis to compare planned/ actual value.

• Ensured training on operational features and application of division products and safeguarded that operating procedures are rigorously implemented for project scheduling and resource management that impact bottom line of the project.
• Analyzed performances of the products and suggested alterations/modifications for the up gradation of the products.
• Gained in-depth knowledge in analyzing and reporting product test results and monitored tests and made recommendations on operating parameters to upper management.
• Handled several special projects with due responsibility and implemented appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control for level one of the projects.

• Ensured that all nonconforming products are identified and initiated non-conformance reports as required as well as evaluated corrective and preventive actions to resolve the same.
• Oversaw the use of calibrated monitoring and measurement devices by BOT operations.
• Supervised product testing, maintained high standards of quality, reliability and safety for products as well as provided appropriate recommendations in relation to operating parameters.
• Accountable for the documentation related to in-process and final inspections of products including but not limited to dimensional sheets, functional tests, high pressure testing, drifting and checklists.
