• Monitor project against schedules, budgets and objectives, reporting status to management on a regular basis
• Manage contractor and vendor to execute the work in safely and timely manner.
• Ensure the work compliance with Company standards and international Standards.
• Monitor all project phases (Project Proposal, Detailed Design, Execution, Pre-commissioning
and Close-out).
• Review and approve project design documents including the scope of work, bill of materials,
contractual terms and conditions.
• Address any technical queries from contractor/ vendor.
• Manage contractor/ vendor to design and implement mechanical scope in the project.
• Follow up with vendors/ suppliers and expedite the delivery of all procurements, managing
to
conduct all the required inspections once delivery.
• Attend management meetings and lead meetings held with contractors/ vendors.
• Responsible for ensuring that contractor fulfills his obligation for Saudization as set out in
contract.

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
• Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.

• Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
