Projects' Main Deliverables: • Develop and review the needed projects' scopes along with proponents. • Review the engineering packages which either been delivered in house or by an engineering services office (GES). • Conduct weekly progress review meetings with GES to achieve the project's milestones. • Assure the engineering deliverables will consider MTO, QA\QC, constructability method, specification, risk assessment and land permit authorization. • Secure the ± 10% budget from management. • Agree on the contract type (LSTK, LSPB, Cost plus, …etc.) • Conduct the KOM with the construction agency and agree on the project's deliverables as per the schedule, scope and quality. • Conduct weekly construction progress review meetings to monitor and control the project's milestones. • Align & coordinate with all concerned departments to assure the startup readiness. • Complete all scope needed punch list items prior approval of Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC). • Perform the commissioning and startup along with operation, maintenance and other concerns. • Grant the project acceptance certificate (PAC). • Assure the FAT & SAT will be witnessed by certified 3rd party inspectors. • Perform project financial close out.
Other Engineering Support: • Leading two (2) Root Cause Analysis investigations.
Maintenance Engineering Support: 1. Develop standard working instruction (SWI) to many processes in the plant either static or rotating facilities. 2. Involvement in some process investigations. 3. Participated in RCM sessions.
