1-oversee all factory activities and manufacturing operations, including scheduling, warehousing, batch plant operation, production, product storage, loading and shipping.
2-Procure necessary materials, equipment, and tools needed for daily plant production, responsible for all project resources, including manpower, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors needed to produce the project.
3-Schedule Superintendent, drivers, and shipping subs to get product to job sites.

7-Purchase orders and invoices submitted to the Project Manager for approval, and job cost code checking on a weekly basis, i.e work with the Project Manager so billings can be prepared by the 15th and 30th of each month.
8-Oversee Batch Plant, Carpenter and Mechanic Shop operations; Runner/tool room/warehouse, truck and crane drivers.
9-manging all purchase orders receipts of fixed assets to make sure they purchased and received labeled and located in a professional registry.
10-updating the group finance with the new monthly receipts and values of fixed assets for opening asset master registry.
11-working with review and pass of writing of requests of old/damaged fixed assets, working on professional forms to review and inspect each case before passing the write of requests.
12-categorizing company fixed assets and sending monthly progress report showing:
A- office equipment
B- vehicles
C- decorations and electrical equipment
D- computers and all accessories
E-production summary
F- sales analyst report
13-inspecting and investigating the cases of any fixed assets lose or damaged may found and preparing each report on a professional form.
14-studying the cost of maintenance of fixed asset to add each cost to the fixed asset file in both system and documents, looking for economical solutions on saving maintenance costs.
